A very sad day here today for all of us
that loved her in my family as we said goodbye to our very first
Standard Poodle and the Foundation of Violet Standard Poodles
our dearest sweet wonderful pretty blue little Zarrah.

Her favourite thing to do is kneed with her feet while holding a toy in her mouth even as a Grand Adult.

♥ My first Champion ♥
After we finished her Titles, I brought out scissors and
started playing around. I was hooked on how creative we can be with
those scissors or not!! :( LOL
Much to our dismay, Zarrah enjoys being a bed hog!!
Zarrah has been the influence of a new beginning for me. Sharing time and communicating with animals has always been the biggest part of my life. Without them, it would be very empty and lonely!
Poodles love life, love to jump over and go underneath things.
I enjoy the sight of a poodle greeting me with a toy that they are so proud of, especially when retrieved. I`ve observed Zarrah pointing on different occasions. One time was to see her in a frozen pointing position. As I looked around the corner, there it was, a duck!

♥New International Champion ♥
We had so much fun in the CKC Conformation Ring that I decided that the International Championship Title looked like just as much fun. I had the show bug.
We succeeded on a weekend of 3 days.
Zarrah sporting a Kennel Trim, was to be competitive against
five other dogs in order to receive her Medallions.
That she did with much enjoyment!

Back at the Hotel in comfort thank you.
Not fully trained, nor had we even completed a full course of Obedience training between both dog or handler however we decided we would try our luck at an Obedience Trail at PCA
LOL!!!!!
Yah not so much as this is why
we must "proof" train. Zarrah had done very well previously at the down/sit and stay. Nope, not this time as she was the only one sitting at the down. Oh well I thought what did I have to lose to try!

Zarrah came out for the
Aged To Perfection Veterans Tournament in Vernon, B.C. to place third in the 7-9 year class out of a 16 dog entry with some very lovely dogs and some of them being Best in Show dogs! She had a great time just loving coming out to strut her stuff and
that she did!!!!

Christmas in July ?

Zarrah is in the blue sparkle glasses peeking around Santos.
In this photo is one from each litter we have had starting with Shiraz from the first litter in the golden wings, then Savannah with the red/pink scarf from the second litter of Zarrahs, Santos with the snowflake on his nose from the third litter, Sparkle from the fourth with the tiara and sparkly glasses and last is Salsa with the pinkish hat from our fifth litter. This was a challenge however a lot of fun putting them all together for this photo taken by myself!
