This boy has been more than worthy of many titles however a girl, meaning myself can only do so much you know ;)
After attending PCA Regional Specialty Show in 2013, I received a concussion stopping me from doing any shows period for awhile!
Every few years or so I carefully select a breeding, raise the litter and then show my picks in both
Conformation & Performance in Canada and the U.S.A.

We achieved our 3rd Q with a passing score of 180.5
This also gave him another High in Class competing from the Novice A Class.
I was so pleased Santos received his CKC CD Title under Judge Karen Brearley as I originally started training with her really
liking her method of teaching the handlers!
Santos is now

Sunday June 2, 2013 - Obedience Trial
As Santos received his Rally Excellent Title yesterday we did not compete in the rest of the Rally Trials we had entered
concentrating on the two Obedience Trials for today.
Obedience Trial #3 in Novice A under Judge Jeffery Lunder from Alberta, we did not qualify. On the recall Santos did something he has never done.....he just sat there looking at me after I called to him "Santos...Front". The Judge even leaned over looking at him twice LOL so finally I tilted my head to the side too and he came immediately!!! Of course that was two signals, one voice and then the head tilt considered as a signal. As Santos did not attempt the recall it was already a NQ. Someone brought to my attention the sound acoustics were not that good for hearing some of the commands ... oh well something else to proof for LOL

Richmond, B.C. Saturday June 1, 2013 Novice A Class Our first event today was Obedience Trial #2 under Judge Shirley Hubenig from Alberta. Santos and I take a High In Class for a score of 185 out of 200 for our 1st Qualifying Score. Now needing two more Q's towards our CD. This has been quite the feat as going from the Obedience Ring there is only one command being either a hand or voice, not both! In the Rally Ring you may encourage your dog with both hands and voice signals together! I like to keep it the same as the Obedience as much as I can! More of a challenge for me! |

hand up in front of me which I always carry to my side!!!
Oh well :)

HQS Highest Qualifying Score for the
Oldest Dog in Rally
competing this weekend.

Boston Terrier who scored 100 for HIC!
This gave us our New Title for CKC Rally Advanced.

This morning we were unable to attend our first Trial (#1) due to a bad reaction I had to anti inflammatories for
my hand however we were there for our Trial #2 in the afternoon where we received our
2nd Q (qualifying score) with a 95 out of 100 taking a
High In Class
out of six of us competing in our class.
